1. Oiling:

⬥ Take 2-3 tsp of natural lukewarm hair oil (Recommended organic medicated Dr health’s Rootcare+ hair oil) & add 1 capsule of Vitamin E (you can easily get it at medical shop, just need to break that capsule and squeeze it into your oil bowl).
⬥ Mix it well and apply it all over your scalp by doing gentle massage in circular motion for 5 minutes.

2. Steaming
Procedure 
⬥ Take a pan added with a liter of water and just make it lukewarm.
⬥ Then take an absorbent microfiber towel and soak it in a lukewarm water.
