This easy to make and low calorie healthy smoothie is a good mixture of essentials vitamins and minerals which can also help in weight-loss. This is a nicely blended pureed form of fruits and leafy greens which keeps you energetic and full for a longer time.

Easy Smoothie Recipe just within 5 minutes 

Ingredients :-

  1. Spinach : 5-6 leaves
  2. Curry leaves : 3-4
  3. Betel leaves : 1/2-1
  4. Indian Gooseberry (Amla) : 1/2 (medium size)
    (If Indian Gooseberry is not available then Orange can be used.)
  5. 1 fruit : Apple / Pear
  6. Ginger : 1/2 inch
  7. Lemon twist - as per taste
  8. Rock Salt - as per taste

Process :
  1. Thoroughly wash and add all above raw ingredients in a blender.
  2. Make a smooth paste without adding water.
  3. After a fine blending add a glass of water (approx 200 ml).
  4. Blend again to get nice textured smoothie.
