This super delicious very easy to make health drink can definitely be an enticing replacement for your breakfast. Being rich in biotin along with other essential vitamins and minerals, this smoothie can help you getting longer-thicker hair, a beautiful skin as well as inner health.

Procedure to make for 2 glass (Approx 250 kcal each):
Ingredients :
Indian Gooseberry (Amla) : 1 medium size
Walnut : 2
Almonds (Soaked overnight) : 8
Pumpkin Seeds : 1 tablespoon
Black raisins : 4 tablespoons soaked overnight
Dates (Without seeds) : 3
Baby Banana : 1
Cumin seed powder : As per taste
Rock Salt : As per taste
Chat masala : As per taste (optional)


Process : 
1. Add all above raw ingredients in a blender (Peel off the skin of almonds before use)
2. Make a smooth paste without adding water.
3. After a fine blending add a glass of water (approximately 300 ml).
4. Blend again to get nice textured smoothie.
